We've got big plans...

Since launching in 2010, Burnside has been growing. Steve and Margo, the current owners, have been overwhelmed by the support of our wonderful customers and our hard-working team over the past few years. We've increased the number of places we stock across Scotland and beyond (as far as Canada!) and are sending more beer out the door than ever. So much, in fact, that we're outgrowing our premises. In order to make even more of our beer for you to enjoy, we're planning to move to a bigger, shinier location in early 2025.
This new place will be just outside Laurencekirk, so we won't be moving far. With bigger tanks, beautiful views and more space, we'll be using the new brewery to make more of our core and seasonal beers, including our award-winning alcohol free. It will also house an updated version of our bottle shop and host even more events.
Not only that, but as a business we're excited to continue to grow for our small team and employ more staff in our rural area. The people who work at Burnside give us the chance to create great products and make up the ethos of our business. Thank you to each of you!
